The following are some basic requirements for employment with us and must be completed before you begin working:
You must produce a valid Maine driver's license and the necessary identification to fill out the Employment Eligibility Verification, i.e., passport, social security card, birth certificate, etc.
Any credentials you may have relevant to this position, i.e., CPR, First Aid, CRMA, Mandt and DSP. We will obtain a copy of your current driving record and complete a criminal background check once a conditional job offer is made.
Currently, DSP wage starts at $13.15 to $15.16, depending on trainings and experience. House Manager wage starts at $14.15 to $16.40, depending on training and experience. Branches, LLC also offers a $1.00 pay differential to employees who work between Friday at 2pm to Sunday at 10pm.
Branches, LLC also offered Personal Paid Leave (PPL) to part-time, full-time non-exempt and exempt employees after completion of 120 days of employment. Part-time employees accrue one hour of PPL for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours annually. Full-time non-exempt and exempt employees earn eight days of PPL from date of hire to three years of employment: 13 days of PPL after four years of employment.
