About the Role

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to residents with intellectual disabilities and autism

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs and goals

Foster a supportive and safe environment, promoting independence and personal growth

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents

Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress, incidents, and medication administration Benefit package includes

Requirements


Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism preferred but not required

  • Ability to successfully complete required training, including First Aid and CPR certification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team

    • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Compensation 

$16.19 - $18.20 Depending upon experience | $1 Pay differential for weekends Friday 2pm - Sunday 10pm
